About us

PRIME Society

“Humanity's greatest challenges are of its own making. It's hard to believe that the very governance structures that enabled these problems can be trusted to solve them.”
— Daniel R. Schnaider, Co-founder, PRIME Society

The world has entered an era of unprecedented complexity. From environmental crises to the rise of disinformation, from poverty to the ethical dilemmas of advancing technologies, the systems we rely on to govern our societies were not designed to address the scale and urgency of these challenges. The mechanisms that once brought stability and progress now struggle to keep pace with the interconnected and rapidly changing reality we face.

This is not a failure of individuals, but of frameworks that have not evolved to meet the needs of the 21st century. It is here, in this gap between outdated structures and the demands of our time, that the need for PRIME Society emerges.

What is PRIME Society?

PRIME Society is an ambitious initiative dedicated to reimagining governance and societal structures for the challenges of today and the opportunities of tomorrow. At its core, PRIME Society provides a flexible framework designed to empower communities, governments, and organizations to create resilient, transparent, and purpose-driven systems that work more intelligently and effectively than the available alternatives.

PRIME stands for Purpose, Results, Innovation, Measurement, and Empirical — five principles that guide our approach. These principles shape the tools, standards, and frameworks we offer, ensuring they are practical, adaptable, and grounded in data and evidence. Unlike traditional governance models that often impose centralized solutions, PRIME Society champions decentralized, interoperable, and innovative systems that allow societies to evolve on their own terms. Our motto is “Innovation for a Poverty-Free Future” — our purpose.

Mission and Vision

PRIME Society's vision is a world free from poverty. We believe this can be achieved through a governance framework that attracts private investment and human capital from around the globe. We propose an upgraded version of the Public-Private Partnership or Concession model — called AGE-Zone (Autonomous Governance Experimental Zones) — to unlock transformative potential.

Join us in creating a new architecture of power: a society where purpose drives progress, results are measurable, and innovation through interoperability unlocks the potential of every individual and group alike.

Daniel R. Schnaider — Co-Founder and President of PRIME Society

Daniel R. Schnaider is a visionary entrepreneur and thought leader committed to redefining governance and societal frameworks for the modern era's challenges. As the co-founder and visionary behind PRIME Society, he brings a wealth of experience across diverse industries, blending cutting-edge innovation with a deep commitment to societal progress.

Mr. Schnaider brings extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as AI-powered supply chains. His professional journey is distinguished by pioneering contributions across multiple fields, including his tenure as CEO of Powerfleet BR (NASDAQ: AIOT). Earlier in his career, he contributed to key technological advancements in banking, financial markets, insurance, and telecommunications during his time at IBM. Additionally, he co-founded HSBC mCash, a groundbreaking venture in payment technology.

Mr. Schnaider's entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation were evident early in his career. He was a trailblazer in e-commerce (1993–1996), cloud computing technologies (1997–1999), and digital currencies (2000), well before these fields became mainstream. These formative experiences shaped his understanding of systemic inefficiencies and inspired his pursuit of frameworks that empower societies to evolve and thrive.

During his tenure as a consultant to the Brazilian government, Mr. Schnaider gained firsthand insight into the challenges of governance at scale. He observed how even the most competent and dedicated individuals could become hindered by a monolithic bureaucracy, outdated procedures, and structural inefficiencies. While he encountered inspiring professionals striving for progress, their efforts were often stymied by an imbalance of power, misaligned incentives, and the inertia of legacy systems. These experiences further fueled his commitment to designing frameworks, like those in PRIME Society, that empower societies to break free from such constraints and achieve measurable, purpose-driven outcomes.

In addition to his business achievements, his service as a member of the Israeli Special Forces Intelligence Service instilled a profound appreciation for in-depth understanding, problem-solving, and effective execution — qualities that resonate in his work with PRIME Society.

Academically, Mr. Schnaider has a multidisciplinary background, having studied Behavioral Economics, Business Administration, Software Engineering, Mathematics for Logistics, and Artificial Intelligence.

He is the author of two published books — one on management and the other on the future of mobility — and has had his articles published in renowned outlets.
